The mind of a puppy is like a sponge. Every minute you spend together, you are instilling either desired or undesired behaviors. This six week course introduces the positive methods used to train your puppy to become a well mannered adult dog. Basic skills such as the sit, down, stand, stay, come and “walk with me” will be discussed and utilized. Play time, through socialization with other puppies and interaction with other humans, is important for good mental development. This class is intended for puppies between the ages of 2-4 months at the start of class. The number of students will be small (4-6 students), offering more individualized attention.
